Printing in all varieties of inksets quickly became the backbone of ICON after our inception. In 2006, we acquired our first eco-solvent 54″ Roland and immediately ran into bandwidth issues. Today, we’ve got an entire wide format printing fleet, each printer serving its own purpose – including solvent, aqueous, and UV inks. Weekly, we find ourselves printing on new material – be it glass, someone’s random 2″ x 4″ piece of lumber, fabric, coozie material, you name it.
We routinely color-calibrate our machines and consider color-matching as one of our many fortes.
Falconboard is one of the more versatile mediums we have at our disposal. It’s great for large posters, furniture, trade show backdrops and much much more. It is also 100% recyclable, strong and ships flat and on the cheap.
We stock a variety of metallic substrates ranging from Alupanel to Alumalite. Surprisingly, metallic surfaces take well to our UV-curable inksets.

Economical and cheap to produce, Foamcore is often used for posters, event wayfinding and other interior uses.
Gatorfoam is a multilayer composite of very dense and durable Polystyrene foam that is made to resist crushing and denting. This product is great for printing on, and is for indoor use only. We choose Gatorfoam over regular foam core because it is stronger, longer lasting and acid free.
Ultraboard is very durable and warp-resistent, and for interior use only. This foamcore center has a polystyrene surface, which is perfect because it doesn’t allow moisture to penetrate it. It’s a stellar product for digitally printing on.
